30-Day Return Policy

We want you to shop with complete confidence. That's why you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if you experience any issues.

If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may request a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If you wish to return your order because you changed your mind, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without damage and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery if, by their nature, they are not suitable for return once opened, in accordance with European Union regulations.

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective, not as described, or if any other circumstances protected by applicable consumer protection laws apply.
